Our store is hosted on Wix.com They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Warranty
CSR Performance Parts complete range of wheels have been tested to the highest International standards. All styles are approved by VIA JWL & TUV.
CSR offers a 12 month (from the original invoice date) guarantee on all paint and/or chrome finishes. CSR also offers a lifetime structural guarantee on all of our wheels, only under normal driving conditions. Any and all warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. The original invoice must also be supplied with the date of purchase.
CSR Performance Parts will repair or replace a wheel once it is proven faulty within the warranty period. Forward and return freight will be at the owner’s expense in all warranty situations. Cost of mounting/demounting tyres from wheels, wheel balancing/alignment, and other consequential costs incurred during the warranty process will be at the owner’s expense.
Wheels purchased from CSR Performane Parts may only be used on motor vehicles which fall within the weight specified for the wheel. In no circumstances should wheels be used on vehicles other than a motor vehicle such as caravans, boat trailers, horse floats or anything else which would not be classified as a motor vehicle. Use of the wheels on anything other than a motor vehicle will void the warranty
Covered by warranty
Items covered in the warranty are subject to those items noted below as not being covered in the warranty.

Peeling or flaking paint/chrome within the 1 year/12 month warranty period

Pinhole air leaks

Cracks through a spoke, unless incorrectly fitted to a vehicle which exceeds the maximum load capacity.
NOT covered by warranty

Cosmetic defects on the window, stud holes, or inner/hidden parts of the rim.

Impact fractures or buckling of the wheels.
-
Wheels that are not cleaned or maintained and defects start to appear on the finish.

Damages in the finish of the wheel such as chipped paint or scratches that are caused by careless/inappropriate tyre-fitting process.

Wheels that have been modified/repaired
-
Wheels that have been damaged in transit by accident or any other method outside the hands of CSR.

Wheels that have been fitted with the knowledge that they are not load rated for the vehicle.

Inappropriate usage of the wheels, eg. passenger wheels used for off-road purposes or use on anything other than a motor vehicle such as caravans, boat trailers, horse floats or anything else which would not be classified as a motor vehicle.

Any accessories that are supplied free with the original purchase eg, wheel nuts/bolts or hub rings are not covered under the wheel warranty.

Wheels that have been fitted with the wrong tyres or used to carry excessive loads.

To ensure a smooth transaction if you have any queries about a product or its application contact us before purchasing.
No Longer Required/Exchange
For incorrect products purchased we are happy to exchange, credit full value towards other products or refund within 14 days of dispatch date and the following is true:

Products are as supplied, unmarked and in condition to be sold as new, and

Returned in original retail packaging

Any refund request will incur a 20% administration fee from total invoice value ; this does not apply to exchange or credits

All associated postage and handling cost are payable by the customer and any additional payments will only be accepted by bank transfer/deposit or in the case of a credit a refund will be made via the payment method originally used.
For items no longer required we offer full value credit, minus original postage costs, towards another purchase.
No return or exchange will be accepted on special order items.
Shipping
We send out all orders from our Brisbane Warehouse as soon as they have arrived and payment has been made in full.
Some orders maybe sent directly to you via Air Freight if stock is not on hand .
All orders come with tracking number and full insurance which cover against loss or damage while in transit.
We use various freight companies - DHL , TNT , Direct Freight Express , Fedex , Star-Track
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you monitor the movement of your order and contact the delivery company immediately if you are unable to receive the order on the day of delivery.
All goods MUST be inspected for damage before you sign the Proof of Delivery form or PDA screen. By signing the goods as 'Received in good condition' you will void the Transit Warranty.
Please make sure ANY possible receiver is aware of this and not to sign anything if the order is damaged.
Once inspected, if damage is evident, the receiver must write 'DAMAGED' on the Consignment note or PDA screen and inform us immediately.

• Sydney: 2 working day on average
• Canberra: 3-4 working day on average
• Melbourne: 3-4 working days on average
• Adelaide: 4-5 working days on average
• Brisbane: 1-2 working days on average
• Hobart: 5-6 working days on average
• Darwin: 6-7 working days on average
• Perth: 5-6 working days on average
• Any other area: +1-2 working days on average from your state capital city
Any Air Freight Orders from our Suppliers Factories sent directly to your nominated delivery address - can take 5-7 days .
All deliveries are done between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. No deliveries will take place during public holiday or on the weekends.
